How will I know that you received my reservation?

You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after your booking. If your booking requires additional clarification, our partners will send you an additional email.

Yes, there is. You can use the internet, to check your email, etc., for the entire time during your transfer with our vehicles.

Are the Pets /Animals allowed?

Of course, they are. The pets must be in their cage. You should inform us by email at least 24 hours before the transfer.

In the vehicles, are there any baby seats, when traveling with small children?

Of course! If you do not make your reservation through our website, please let us know before your arrival.

Is the program of archaeological sites, the same for everyone? Can we change it?

The program depends on your interests. Of course we can include places that you are more interested at, in order to achieve the best satisfaction.

Do I have to pay any extra charge, like a tip?

If you are satisfied with the service and you want to give a tip, it would be accepted with pleasure.

Can I smoke in to your taxi?

Smoking is not permitted by law.

Should I pay in advance?

You do not have to pay us in advance. You have to pay as only at the end of your transfer.

I want to change the date of my arrival. Is there any extra charge?

If you want to modify your program there is no problem, and no extra charge as long as you inform us in time for the new schedule.

I have a lot of suitcases. Will I pay extra?

You will not pay extra. Inform us about your luggage , to be sure that there is enough space at the vehicle.

We will be waiting for the taxi driver at the airport? How would you recognize me?

Our driver will wait for you at the arrival area, holding a sign of our company with your name written on.

If the flight is delayed, should I concern about the taxi? What happens if I miss my flight?

In case of delay we will be there waiting for you. We get updates from the landing program and we know exactly the arrival time. Certainly it will be a great help to inform us, by phone or email, especially if your flight is cancelled or you lost your flight.
